IFC has launched a new line of products under our NutraFiber® brandname. The NutraFiber® family is composed of dietary fiber blends especially developed for providing enhanced nutritional properties.

NutraFiber® powdered cellulose is pure insoluble dietary fiber. The primary use for this ingredient in food applications is for increasing fiber content while reducing carbohydrates and calories. As the demand for high fiber, low carbohydrate, low calorie food products grow, NutraFiber® is the economical fiber of choice. This white, odorless, flavorless fiber will not affect the quality and taste of food. It will however, contribute significantly to help achieve the desired nutritional properties. This high quality fiber is ideal for low carbohydrate and low calorie food applications, but more importantly, NutraFiber® is the most abundantly available fiber of choice.
